Look no further. You got the right people for the job. Big and small. I had a drain pipe pop off my water condensation outlet in my garage ceiling and leaked through the ceiling. Freaked my wife and I out. We just bought the house so we have a warranty. The warranty company sent out their vendor. He came out and explained that the unit was without a drain pan and it was wedged so tight that he would have to contact a structural engineer and put together a quote that more likely would not be covered by our warranty. The unit is 13 years old and showed no other water damage to the wood surrounding it. He left and didn't fix the pipe telling us not to use it and he would get back to us is a couple days after speaking with the structural engineer. I felt we needed another opinion. Being new to the area I googled heating and air repair and up pops Moore heating and air. 36 five star ratings and now I know why. I called Thursday afternoon and they sent someone the next day at noon. Mr. Moore came out and realized that the initial install years ago was done poorly. I have two units. The top one that was leaking had an interior drip pan and wasn't tilted towards the drain correctly. He said that one of his techs was finishing up a job and he wanted to get his views on a fix before he repaired it. They not only fixed my pan tilt problem they repaired the broken line and reinforced it so that it wouldn't happen again. My units are about done and I wouldn't trust anyone else to replace them. They got a customer for life in me.

I am a senior citizen (73 y/o) and called a couple of places to help with the final installation of my small wall mounted heat pump. I have been trying to save money and change from wood stove that got too much for me. I was told by two other local businesses that what I wanted done was either not worth their time or because I did not buy it from them they were not interested. With help I found Moore Heating and Air and it was like entering a new world. They were helpful, professional, and showed kindness and understanding. The cost was more than reasonable and they were right on it. Please give what ever business you can to this company because they are exactly what community is supposed to be.

After American Home Shield recommended 3 other companies to do the repair, which none were able to do due to various reasons, MOORE HEATING & AIR was assigned - lucky for us! Erica was great to deal with in creating the appointments for the estimate & repair, and truly a nice person to talk with. Great customer service! Called on one the hottest days of this year to have someone come by and check out our AC unit. Erica was on top of it for me. She called her tech. and scheduled me in immediately and problem was solved within an hour of first contact with them. Very friendly and professional. I will be recommending these guys to anyone who asks.

If I could give six stars, I would. Moore Heating is very responsive and does excellent work! We switched out a 40-year old heating system for a ductless heat pump system. Moore helped us nurse the old system through our first winter and has now installed our present system while taking out the old one. Dan made great suggestions on how to manage the old ducts so they are not an energy drain. Erica helped us follow through with securing and energy use reduction credit and provided great scheduling and communication along the way. We are very happy with our system and know we can rely on Moore to stand by their work if anything comes up!

Dan is the most knowledgeable and efficient gentleman I have ever come across. He inspected and repaired our pellet stove in a timely and cost effective manner. He is very clean at his profession making sure he doesn't leave debris. He is very honorable and I highly recommend him for all her heating and air needs including wood and pellet stoves.

Moore Heating & Air serviced my heat pump. I was having problems with the thermostat and my power bill was high and Daniel cleaned and made adjustments to the unit and serviced it and now my heat pump has efficiency like when it was new! Sometimes when you get a great price you think , "whats the catch?". This was absolutely not the case when we used Moore Heating and Air to install our HVAC system. We have an older home and we were nervous about taking the step to install a new heating system along with air which we never had before. Our family is so happy and comfortable right now! We hired Moore Heating and Air for some HVAC system improvements. After listening to what we were experiencing with our existing system, Dan Moore suggested a heat pump installation. Dan is a very professional, licensed HVAC Technician. He knows his business, educated us about the Mitsubishi heat pump unit, explained how it works, how to use it to our full advantage, and then demonstrated the filter maintenance procedure. He made us feel very comfortable with our decision and we are completely satisfied with the entire experience. Dan and his wife have AMAZING customer service! They are so personable, yet very professional. From consultation to install, everything went seamlessly. We had Moore Hearing and Air replace our old gas furnace with a heat pump split . I had requested quotes from other companies in the past , and Dan's quote was BY FAR the most favorable one . The way he asked and answered questions in the quote process was the most thoughtful and friendly of anyone I had to the house. The new unit is in and working like a dream .
